Pretty simple herbal tea. It’s very bitter so consistency on my part is a challenge. The impact on my body is minor. The detox maintains my regular bowel movement schedule and I notice that I have a few pimples on my face. I’m typically a stranger to zits. No complaints though. I am satisfied with the product.
I must note that the herbs should not be placed in a garbage disposal. Strain it and throw it out into the trash.
