How To Clean Your Blood From Viruses

How to clean your blood from viruses? While more and more people are getting paranoid about cleanliness and safety, more people are also taking more steps to ensure a healthy lifestyle. Because of the on-going pandemic, many people strive to have a cleaner body and stronger immune system to fight off any bodily infection.

Virus

Before going into the how-to clean your blood from viruses, it is likely essential to first identify what is a virus.

A Virus is not an organism but a particle with a genetic component. A virus is like a parasite that depends on its host to survive. That is why viruses cannot survive on surfaces for a long time.

However, the virus is not a parasite because of its genetic makeup. It can be a DNA or an RNA. This is what makes viruses harder to eliminate. There are types of viruses that have the capability to mutate such as the human papillomavirus which can shift from DNA containing to RNA containing structure or vice versa. [1]

Viral infection

As a dependent particle, viruses cannot proliferate with the host. The mechanism by which viruses multiply inside a host is by injecting their genetic material into the host genes. When the virus attaches, it slowly hijacks the cell of the body. After it enters the cell, it will rapidly multiply inside the cell until the cell explodes. Once it does, virus particles will spread throughout the body.

Imagine a balloon filling a balloon with water, but instead of stopping at its max point, you continue to add more water until it bursts. Everyone around the balloon will eventually get wet. This is the mechanism of a virus. It alters the normal cell and destroying its natural limiting steps until it is forced to pop itself.

Once it pops, all surrounding cells will be infected. The more multiplication happens.

Illness

The body falls sick after a while either because of the immune response of the body to the abnormalities or because of severe cell damage.

Some viruses may also cause chaos in the body by altering the system of the body. This means apoptosis may happen earlier or delayed than normal.

Latent Virus

Although the viral infection can easily cause the body to fall sick, some viruses are in the “resting” form. Once infected, some viruses may not activate immediately but instead, stay in their designated organ until they are triggered. Once activated, viruses can rapidly multiply and attack their target organ.

Vaccine

The world health organization has been campaigning over the year for vaccinations. Vaccines are either dead or weakened viruses. The main goal of a vaccine is to introduce the virus to the body so that the immune system will have a memory of it and can fit it off.  [2]

Use of vaccine

The vaccine has become essential especially in many virus stricken countries. Vaccine prepares the body for any foreign invaders before it even hits. When the body has a memory of the virus, it can easily eliminate it; minimizing the adverse effects to the body.

What Causes The Virus To Enter The Blood?

Viruses can enter the body in different ways. One common cause is close contact with someone or something infected with the virus. Just like how COVID-19, a virus,  spreads through droplets and near contact. The virus can spread through the following:

  1. An open wound like laceration, avulsion, and incision.
  2. Blood to blood transfusion
  3. Sexual contact
  4. Vector contact
  5. Fecal-Oral Route
  6. Vertical transmission
  7. Breast Milk
  8. Respiratory Route

An Open Wound

Getting open wounds like laceration, avulsion, and incision does not necessarily mean getting a virus immediately. Rather, it is when the wound is not taken care of immediately and become exposed to the virus in the air. It can also happen that the source of the wound contains a good number of viruses that it can be passed in when the skin gets wounded.

Blood To Blood Transfusion

Blood is a great carrier of disease-causing viruses. Blood can transport bloodborne pathogens to another host. This can also happen when there is a sharing of needles. This is a big taboo in the medical field. Common viruses transmitted are Hepatitis B and C, so as HIV.

Sexual Contact

Although the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is basically spread through blood transmission in sharing needles, it can also through unprotected sexual intercourse. Some of the sexually transmitted viruses are those that cannot survive or has a short time outside the host. Other viruses include Gonorrhea, PID, HPV, and Herpes. [3]

 Vector Contact

A vector is a carrier. Usually, a vector directly injects the virus into the blood vessel when it makes contacts. Example of this is malaria and dengue virus. The prominent carrier is mosquitos which sucks out out the blood and in return can transmit to the bloodstream a good number of viruses.

This is why visiting a virus-infected community may require vaccinations in order to prevent the adverse effect of the virus that may be transmitted.

Fecal-Oral Route

It may sound Yuckie to be infected through this mean if you put it into a literal sense. But this route is not through eating poop, rather one becomes infected if there is no adequate sanitation. For example, infected human defecation contaminates the water or soil. Then that contaminated water or soil can become the way of the virus to enter another host.  [4]

Vertical Transmission

Vertical Transmission means that infection is passed down during pregnancy; or that the source of the virus is the infected mother. Since the virus attaches to the DNA and RNA of the host it is not a surprise that a fetus can be infected with a virus when they are born. This is usually observed in HIV and Hepatitis B.  [5]

Breast Milk

Another cause of virus infection is through breast milk. Virus-like COVID-19 and HIV are transmittable through this mode. It is highly recommended to feed infants with breast milk. Breast milk is packed with properties that will help the infant grow properly and develop immunity. However, there are contradictions that may affect the choice of breastfeeding as if the mother is infected and the child is not.[6]

Respiratory Route

One of the common routes for the virus to enter the body is through the respiratory path. It happens when one inhales droplets which contain virus particles. It enters through the airway or throat then spreads to the lungs. [7]

Viremia

Once the virus proliferated in the bloodstream, one gets Viremia. It is the state wherein the blood has the presence of viruses. When this happens, the body becomes sick. Viremia can be very dangerous because once the virus proliferates in the bloodstream, it can spread throughout the body, because well, the blood travels around the body in a close system.

Two Types of Viremia

Viruses in the bloodstream can be in the primary or secondary state. Primary means it has just infected the body. Secondary when the spread is reaching other organs already. Once the virus is in the blood it can be two ways:

Passive

This means it did not replicate intensively but entered the bloodstream immediately. If you have not matched it yet, vector infection can be the main culprit of this kind of Viremia. This can have a faster effect like malaria can immediately be observed.

Active

Active viremia on the other hand is due to the replication of viruses. The process of bursting and infecting all other blood cells happens in this type of viremia. Hepatitis B can occur this way. It may also take a long time before symptoms of infection can be observed.

Treatment of Viremia

What is unique to the virus is it is a pathogen but it carries a DNA or RNA protein. This is why the treatment of viruses varies to what type or kind of virus has affected the person.

Primary Care

This is where primary care is significant. Because viruses usually attack the immune system, it is important to rebuild the immune system aside from other anti-viral medications.

Usually, it is suggested to drink a good amount of water and fluids. It can be observed that the treatment of virus infection starts with building back the body’s immunity. It is more retrospect. If there is fever drink medication for it, if there is soar throat drink throat numbing lozenges or so on.

Immune System Boost

What is common among several recommendations is to maintain immunity. This is because the body can naturally fight off most of the virus if it is in good shape.

It is also good to take a few supplements to boosts the immune system. The best are vitamins and natural herbs which contain blood cleansing property and immune system booster property.

Common Blood Cleansing

The common blood-cleansing technique involves detox and regular herbal supplement like drinking tea.

Why is there a need to clean the blood?

Cleaning the blood does not directly equate to killing the virus in the blood but it promotes better immunity which in return helps the body kill the virus in the blood. Not only that having cleaner blood means better metabolic function and healthier organs.

Herbs for Blood Cleansing

Blood cleansing herbs are mostly antioxidant containing and have antiviral property. These hers purify the toxic waste in the bloodstream and also helps filter out impurities stuck in the Lymphatic system.

Indicators

Indicators of a great blood cleansing herb:

Effect of Blood Cleansing Herbs

Blood cleaning is not a one-time thing. It is a process of cleaning the blood over time. The best thing about taking regular cleaning is that blood is at its best quality.

Clean blood means a healthier body because blood is the primary transporter in the body. When the blood is polluted the organs also get their fair share of the dirt circulating in the body. Long-term, the body will become crippled with plaques and toxins build-up.

Do not wait for it to happen. Take the first step in living a healthier life. Add a good detox in your daily life.

Conclusion

Virus infection can happen in many ways but a body with a strong immune system can easily fight off the virus. It can easily build the body’s natural defenses in order to combat any virus proliferation. Do not wait for any pathogens to attack before taking action. Take a good detox and cleanse regularly and be always ready for any infections.

Getting the virus out of the bloodstream will take a while hence the need for a healthy immune system and metabolism. The better the metabolism and the immune system, The better the cleansing process.
